Mark Leader, North America’s No.1 real estate sales speaker/trainer and founder of Mark Leader Courses, is pleased to announce that Mike Collard has reached master trainer status with Leader’s Choice.

Developed and led by Mark Leader, Leader’s Choice is a 45-hour, nine-week classroom course that has been proven to quickly increase production, dramatically improve self-esteem and foster work/life balance for real estate agents across North America.

Working with Leader since 2002, Collard has spoken to thousands of real estate agents in various seminars and Leader’s Choice programs throughout the years. Collard began as a trainer, then senior trainer and has been promoted to master trainer.

Qualifications for a master trainer include training at least 800 students, being rated at a top level by both students and their managers and having successfully completed programs in which the average student at least doubles their productivity. Master trainers work together with Leader to develop new services and programs for Leader’s Choice as well as mentor and help develop other trainers.

Collard is also a Thought Leader for Leaders Elite, a membership-based “grad-school” level online real estate sales training and group coaching program.
